We are working with the Omoana House, part of St. Francis Healthcare, which focuses on rehabilitating HIV positive and malnourished children and reintegrating them into society. Currently, the community has unpredictable and uneven rainfall, leading to food insecurity. There is also a lack of safe drinking water due to the community’s terrain and climate change. Our main focus in this project is to develop and install an irrigation system and install a method for ensuring the community has consistent access to clean drinking water.

Due to COVID19, the Summer 2020 Implementation Trip to drill a well has been postponed.
